Notice how vertical you're standing as you step into this pitch. Then see how low your upper body and especially the bat go to get under the ball. The bat is coming back up to get to the ball. Notice especially how the left leg bends and then extends during the swing.
Try hard start more in the crouch position and release from that as level as possible never dipping below the ball. Start as high as you need to be and never go lower than you have to.

Looks pretty good. Good arm extension at the point of impact. Note that the weight remains on the back leg (which is bent) through most of the swing.
Need to work on transferring weight at point of impact to the left foot. Think of driving your body toward the pitcher through the swing.
Notice how much the head lowers from the ready position as you prepare to swing. It would likely be better to start in a more crouched position and keep the eyes level into the swing.
