Joe needs to work on reaching back for starting a throw. You need push off the right foot and step toward the target with the left foot. Launch your body over the left leg and release with the ball directly above your elbow. This will keep your throws on line toward the target.
Please look at Gavin's pitching motion for the best example of this. Look in his setup how the arm extends back and the chest is online to the target. At release the arm above the elbow is straight up and down and in motion directly toward the target. Also notice the legs, right leg pushing off and left leg striding toward the target.
If you see this frame by frame you see how much you had to pull your arms in to get good bat on this inside pitch. Work on turning the hips and hitting inside pitches earlier toward the left side of the field. Also notice how your swing ends as the bat goes from pointing toward 3rd base to straight up. Work on completing the swing by letting the arms roll the bat all the way back to pointing at the umpire. Look at Zac's swing for a good example of this.
This was great contact. However, notice how your belt buckle never turns past pointing to 1st base and the bat end never goes past 3rd base. Work on pulling the arms with your belt buckle point all the way around to 3rd base and extending the arms through the point of contact. A little more body mechanics, and your bat will be sending balls deep into the outfield.
