Motion actually looks really good. From the stretch, we want a leg kick but also a quick delivery allowing no more time than necessary for baserunners to move before the ball is delivered. Work on a slightly quicker action by reducing the height of the left leg lift.
Back leg push is great. Hips open quick and strong. Front leg stride could be even longer, but plant looks OK in freeze frame. Follow-through looks excellent with upper body over the plant foot at release and then moving on toward home plate as you set to field the pitching position.
